Elementary Speech-Language Pathologist

AnthroMed Education is a growing group of Speech-Language Pathologists in schools who provide the speech services students deserve. Here at AnthroMed, we focus solely on creating an environment for our SLPs to produce and maintain better outcomes in schools. In this role, you'll work at one elementary school building. You'll provide speech and language services to a diverse caseload, and enjoy the support of a team of four SLPs who work closely together across the school campuses.

Location : Harper Woods, MI

Grade Level : Elementary (K-2)

Salary Range : $57,500 - $75,000 / year (based on qualifications and experience)

Responsibilities :

Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders to understand their impact on learning.

Develop and implement IEP goals using creative, student-focused therapy approaches in both individual and group settings.

Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to create strategies and accommodations that support student success.

Monitor progress, adjust interventions, and keep clear, timely documentation.

Design service plans that reflect the speech and language demands of the curriculum and integrate into students’ educational programs.

Participate in professional learning and contribute as a valued member of the school community.

Support we provide our SLPs :

• We host bi-weekly team meetings with all SLPs on our team, giving you a chance to network and problem-solve together!
• We provide regular one-on-one caseload support and mentorship with our Clinical Support Director for all SLPs.
• We provide a generous materials database and additional stipend for the school year!
• You will be reimbursed for 100% of your ASHA dues and licensure fees in the state of Michigan.
• We host frequent FREE in-house CEUs for all of our SLPs, and we are an ASHA CE Approved Provider!
