Junior Producer Job at Curious & Company in Los Angeles

Curious & Company is a digital consultancy made up of left and right brains who come together for creative good. Our focus is social-led digital entertainment advertising, where we combine thoughtful design with strategic creative to help brands tell their stories and connect with audiences in meaningful ways.

We are seeking Junior Producer for a contract position (with the potential to become a full-time, permanent role).

Responsibilities :

• Act as a liaison between Account Executive, Client, and Design team.
• Communicate and document project status to Account Executive, and Design team members daily.
• Monitor day-to-day activities of both internal and external teams to ensure work is progressing as planned.
• Route creative approvals through the Account Executive.
• Coordinate with offsite freelancers to facilitate file transfers, and asset collection.
• Compile and convey creative notes and revisions for designers.
• Assess project needs, manage Client expectations, and ensure delivery of the highest quality.
• Posting all design comps for Client review.
• Assist Account Executive with Client correspondence including managing / creating social calendars.
• Asset management including organization of files on server, as well as file collecting for Clients.
• Provide quality control of all ads for accuracy, Client requirements and best practices.
• Work with advertising agency as needed to ensure tasks are executed according to project scope and deadlines.
• Actively participate in brainstorming sessions.
• Copywriting for social posting and creative executions.
