Pay Range : $24 - $25 / hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform outreach to members and / or providers via phone, fax, or email to encourage completion of preventive care and close open care gaps .
- Support quality and compliance initiatives, including seasonal call campaigns and record retrieval projects .
- Obtain medical records from providers and submit documentation to the appropriate clinical teams .
- Accurately enter assessments, authorizations, and record data into internal systems .
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all Personal Health Information (PHI) .
- Collaborate with supervisors, project managers, and team leaders to meet departmental goals .
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, standards, and quality benchmarks .
- Perform additional administrative or operational support tasks as assigned .
Key Requirements and Technology Experience :
Key Skills; Minimum of 2 years of experience in managed care, healthcare, or medical office setting.Experience with quality improvement initiatives or HEDIS processes.Experience with case management and outbound callings.Strong knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare administration practicesProficient in computer systems, including Microsoft Office Suite, fax, and PDF file conversionsPrior experience in a healthcare call center or quality outreach environmentFamiliarity with data entry, healthcare compliance, and HIPAA standardsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracy in data managementAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentIndependent worker with strong organizational and problem-solving skillsCommitment to quality outcomes and patient-centered careHigh school diploma or GED .Our client is a leading Healthcare Industry, and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
