Director of Advancement

Seeking a Director of Advancement for the 2026-2027 school year. This position is full time with benefits and part of PCA’s Executive and Leadership Teams. This senior level management position plays a key role in academy-wide decision making and strategic planning while overseeing areas such as Marketing, Communication, Fundraising, Enrollment Management and Community Relations. The ideal Candidate must demonstrate strong spiritual leadership, be confident in public speaking, and possess executive level capabilities. Cross functional leadership and strong strategic decision making required in collaborating academy wide with all divisions. All Faculty and Staff must review and comply with the PCA Statement of Faith.
