Legal Service Group (“LSG”) Litigation Paralegal

SUMMARY :

The Law Department is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our LSG team which provides support to the Labor & Employment and Global Commercial Litigation teams. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in litigation support, strong research and writing skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role will involve close collaboration with in-house counsel and external legal teams in all aspects of employment and commercial litigation and may provide other limited support to the functions of these teams.

Primary responsibilities include :

Commercial and Employment Litigation

• Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation, from inception through trial and appeal.
• Conduct legal research and gather relevant case information.
• Organize and maintain case files.
• Coordinate and manage document production, including e-discovery.
• Prepare and organize exhibits, evidence, and other trial materials.
• Assist with deposition preparation, including summarizing transcripts and organizing preparation materials.
• Liaise with business partners, external counsel, and other parties involved in litigation.
