Summary :
We are a dynamic and growing construction company seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager / Pre-Construction Manager to lead our efforts in Pre-Construction, Business Development, and Estimating. This role is critical to our success in delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget, while building strong client relationships and driving strategic growth.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Lead pre-construction efforts including budgeting, design coordination, and bid preparation
- Develop and maintain client relationships; participate in RFPs and project interviews
- Manage estimating processes including takeoffs, bid leveling, and subcontractor coordination
- Prepare and execute contracts, schedules, and procurement plans
- Oversee project planning, staffing, and execution from concept to close-out
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project success
- Track budgets, change orders, and job cost reports
- Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and construction standards
