We're looking for a friendly & organized person to join our team as a Reservations Agent. You'll be the go-to person for guests looking to book their next adventure!

Responsibilities

• Applies knowledge of company products, services, and policies to evaluate customers' needs, provide information, and book excursions.
• Performs a variety of intermediate clerical and general office tasks.
• Routinely processes data, documents, and correspondence.
• Uses a computer to enter and retrieve information.
• Answers telephones.
• Processes mail, faxes, and deliveries.
