The Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Consulting Managing Director to lead client engagements, shape strategic growth, and serve as a trusted advisor to our clients. This is a senior leadership role, offering the opportunity to influence firm direction, mentor emerging talent, and drive high-impact outcomes for clients.

You will own the full lifecycle of consulting engagements, from opportunity identification and proposal development to delivery oversight and long-term relationship management. Ideal candidates bring a blend of data-driven transformation expertise, consulting leadership, and a passion for commercial real estate.

What You'll Do

• Client Leadership & Delivery Oversight : Serve as executive sponsor and strategic advisor on key client accounts; Lead discovery, solution design, and delivery planning for data strategy and engineering engagements; Ensure high-quality execution across multidisciplinary teams and maintain strong client satisfaction
• Business Development & Proposal Management : Identify and qualify new consulting opportunities through your network and market insights; Lead proposal development, including scoping, pricing, and team resourcing; Represent the firm in client pitches, industry events, and thought leadership forums
• Practice Growth & Strategic Direction : Shape the firm's go-to-market strategy and service offerings in data solutions for real estate investment firms; Mentor and develop junior consultants and technical staff; Collaborate with founders on firm strategy, hiring, and operational scaling
