Your Leadership Impact : What You'll Do ‍♀️‍♂️

• Lead and Inspire :  Oversee daily operations of one of our managed communities, ensuring top-quality resident care and regulatory compliance. Build strong relationships with residents, families, employees, and stakeholders. Mentor community leadership, fostering accountability and growth.
• Drive Financial Success :  Develop and manage budgets, optimize labor and expenses, increase occupancy, and grow revenues strategically.
• Ensure Compliance & Quality :  Lead Quality Assurance & Performance Improvement efforts, maintain survey readiness, and uphold state and federal regulatory standards.
• Boost Satisfaction :  Promote employee engagement and retention while maintaining an inviting, resident-focused community culture.
• Expand Community Presence :  Develop marketing and sales strategies to sustain high occupancy rates. Represent the community confidently to local organizations and referral sources.
