As a Direct Support Professional, you will have the opportunity to assist individuals in learning, growing, and becoming more independent.

    • Responsibilities :

  • Assist individuals with disabilities in their daily living activities
  • Aid in implementing treatments, training programs, and developmental / behavioral plans
  • Encourage community participation
  • Document all observations and daily progress notes
  • Communicate effectively with team members
  • Assist individuals in performing their cleaning responsibilities
  • Transport and accompany individuals to appointments, outings, and shopping
  • Perform other responsibilities and duties as assigned by your supervisor

    • Qualifications :

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
  • Must be well organized and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Basic computer skills
