Patient Caregiver jobs for CSUSM Nursing and Pre Med Students- Day Shift

As an In-Home Caregiver, you will provide 1 : 1 care to clients throughout North County San Diego, including Vista, Escondido, San Marcos, Oceanside, Carlsbad, Encinitas, Solana Beach, Del Mar, and La Jolla . You must be willing to work in these areas and able to reliably commute to client homes within 45 minutes or less.

What You’ll Do

Provide 1 : 1 care for seniors, veterans, and adults with disabilities.

Assist with mobility, hygiene, meals, and companionship , practicing empathy and clinical observation.

Monitor and report changes in client condition — strengthening your assessment and documentation skills.

Communicate effectively with families and office staff — the same teamwork skills you’ll use in medical settings.

Requirements

You’re over 18 years of age

Currently enrolled in a Nursing, Pre-Med, or Allied Health program.

No prior caregiving experience required — we’ll train you!
