ROLE DESCRIPTION :
As a Financial Services Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Mark Kinkade - State Farm Agent, you will successfully market the financial products that manage everyday risks. Your proficient knowledge of these products reinforces your sales-minded and consultative approach to educating customers on their financial options. Your analytical precision makes you an invaluable resource to customers and a competitive addition to a successful agency.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate and assist individuals with their retirement planning needs.Consult customers with financial planning and investment options.Conduct financial reviews and recommend appropriate products.Work with the Agent to establish and meet marketing objectives for the Agency.Develop leads and deepen relationships with our existing customers by providing insurance and financial service recommendations.Maintain compliance with insurance and financial regulations.QUALIFICATIONS :
Experience marketing Financial Services products.Series 6, 63, 65 or 7 license (required).Property / Casualty and Life / Health licenses (must be able to obtain).Ability to meet routinely and engage with customers to produce needs-based recommendations.Self-motivated and ready to exceed goals.Must be enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial services play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life.Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and attention-detailed listening.COMPENSATION :
Base salary : 45-55kExpected annual earnings : 75-125k
