Real Estate Director

A company is looking for a Director of Real Estate (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Lead real estate strategies and manage existing assets across multiple brands

Oversee the entire real estate pipeline process for lease transactions within designated regions

Develop and implement real estate strategies that maximize sales, profitability, and customer acquisition

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 10+ years' experience in Retail Real Estate on a national basis

Bachelor's degree in a related field or business administration required

Extensive knowledge of real estate site acquisition and lease administration processes

Proven track record of negotiating deals and supporting sustainable real estate strategies

Strong understanding of legal and regulatory issues related to Retail Real Estate deals
