About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operator & Material Handler to join our warehouse team in Richmond. This position plays an essential role in supporting daily warehouse operations, including dock inspections, material movement, packaging-line activities, and general warehouse upkeep.

If you're an experienced forklift operator who enjoys hands-on work and a fast-paced environment, this is an excellent opportunity to grow into a long-term position.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform dock inspections and assist with offloading and unloading trucks
• Palletize, stage, and organize materials
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping standards on the front dock
• Operate sit-down and propane forklifts for warehouse material movement
• Run and monitor automated packaging line equipment (HMI experience a plus)
• Set up IBP equipment, assist with filling, product labeling, and bottle / depalletizing prep
• Support re-work projects and inventory control activities
• Use scanners, labelers, and warehouse computer systems for inventory tracking

Job Type & Location : This is a Contract position based out of Richmond, CA.

Pay and Benefits : The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
