Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Roseland, NJ for an Entry Level Client Service Associate (Trainee). The Client Service Associate will handle day-to-day tasks such as providing client support, responding to customer inquiries, managing account transactions, and assisting with the administration of self-directed retirement plans. The role involves extensive communication with clients and other team members to ensure satisfaction and seamless transaction processing.

• Basic understanding of Finance
