Position Summary :

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for assisting with pushing communication programs and events to promote and sell our brands. The Coordinator will be focused on brand positioning and driving long term growth while working with sales teams to drive consistency in execution to meet the needs of Eagle Rock Distributing Company (ERDC) and our Suppliers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will work as part of the marketing team to effectively execute marketing strategies for the ERDC portfolio while working within a specified budget. Specific priorities and responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Special Event / POS Coordination

Goal : To organize ER event from start to finish

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to reach, pull, twist, bend, stoop to move cases of beer. Must be able to check code dates accurately, talk and hear to communicate with retailers and co-workers. May require sitting or standing for extended periods. Occasionally requires the ability to lift over 100 lbs. Must be capable of pushing or pulling loaded carts (weighing approximately 300 lbs)

Environmental Conditions & Temperament

Thorough product and package knowledge is essential. A safe driving record is also required. Previous beverage experience is preferred.

Compensation, Benefits and Application Window

Compensation range : $50,000 to $60,000 per year

(Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon route, geographic location, work experience, education, and / or skill level)
