Job descriptionThe group provides services in general surgery, GI, OB, Pain Management, Orthopedics, Pediatrics Basic General Anesthesia care team model with CRNA's at the main hospital with 6 OR's Practice has 9 MD's and 6 CRNA's, + a few per diem. The practice recently took on OB Service & need additional Anesthesia support. No cardiac Have a neurosurgeon that does minimally invasive spine. NS does occasional craniometry for resection Low cost of living + great school options Awarding-wining restaurants, eclectic art galleries and boutiques Active local community with events, festivals, and parades Outdoor recreation : golf courses, parks, biking trails, water sports in the Chesapeake Bay Easy getaways to New York City, Baltimore, Philadelphia, and Washington, D.C.

- $450,000 base salary
- W2 $500,000-600,000
- Variety in daily case load
- Partnership with no buy-in
- 1 : 9 call (taken from home); post-call day off
- $50,000 sign-on bonus
- 6 weeks PTO + full benefits package
Private group with 1 hospital and 5 outpatient surgical centers
