Physician Assistant (PA-C)Nurse Practitioner (NP) Family Medicine Friendship, WI (1.0 FTE)

Emplify Health-Friendship (a.k.a. Gundersen Moundview Hospital and Clinics) is seeking a full time Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our rural health clinic in Friendship WI. We are looking for a team-oriented clinician who provides full-spectrum Family Medicine. This is an outpatient only position. The clinic days are Monday through Friday.

Gundersen Moundview Hospital and Clinics (Critical Access Hospital / Rural Health Clinics) has been meeting the healthcare needs of Adams County and the surrounding area since 1959. We offer a variety of services including : 24-hour emergency care family clinic (Friendship and Westfield WI) inpatient care outpatient services diagnostic testing surgical procedures full-service in-house pharmacy and Vision Clinic.
