Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details : \n

  • Work 12-hour night shifts from 7 : 00 PM to 7 : 00 AM

    • \n

  • 36 hours per week guaranteed

    • \n

  • Every other weekend schedule required

    • \n

  • Manage and conduct care for up to 3 ICU step down patients or up to 4 medical / surgical type patients

    • \n

  • Provide professional nursing care through application of nursing skills and processes

    • \n

  • Develop, implement, and evaluate patient plans of care

    • \n

  • Provide direct patient care as primary caregiver

    • \n

  • Work collaboratively with care team members, physicians, and patient / family to achieve optimal outcomes

    • \n

  • Experience preferred in DKA, ETOH withdrawal, Cardizem drips, and AFIB

    • \n

  • Must reside outside a 60 mile radius

    • \n

  • Work under direct supervision of Nurse Manager and indirect supervision of Director of Nursing

    • \n

  • Access to confidential patient information and make independent decisions in collaboration with others
