Temporary Administrative Assistant

Overview

The Temporary Administrative Assistant will provide general administrative and operational support to various functions within the facility. This position is designed as a short-term assignment lasting approximately three months, with the need for continuation to be evaluated at the end of the term. The individual in this role will assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, basic data entry, and coordination activities to support smooth site operations.

Key Responsibilities

Perform general office and administrative duties such as processing invoices, ordering supplies, and maintaining records.

Prepare and format documents, presentations, and spreadsheets as requested.

Coordinate logistics for meetings and site visitors, including meals and materials when needed.

Assist with data collection, tracking, and entry to support ongoing projects and reporting.

Run local errands and complete other routine tasks to support site operations.

Follow up with employees or leaders to gather information and ensure timely completion of requests.

Support communication efforts such as drafting or distributing internal updates or newsletters.

Qualifications

Previous administrative or office support experience preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Dependable, self-motivated, and able to maintain confidentiality.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for errands as needed).

Schedule & Compensation

Full-time, Monday-Friday Competitive hourly rate based on experience.

Pay Details : $17.00 per hour
