This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule / Shift

12-Hour Night Shifts. A minimum of every other weekend is required, with scheduling adjusted to meet the needs of the unit and patient care. Travelers must also be available to work 2 out of 3 holidays : Thanksgiving, Christmas / Christmas Eve, and New Year's Day / Eve.

Job Description

The role involves providing care in a telemetry environment for various medical / surgical patients. The position requires floating between different units, managing ED Hold patients, and adapting to changing patient needs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patients' conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Assist with diagnostic tests and interpret results.
• Provide patient education regarding health management.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient care.
