Bilingual Member Finance Representative

Do you love building relationships? Like to learn and share your knowledge with someone who needs it? You're the perfect candidate to become a Member Finance Representative (MFR). MFRs use their knowledge to educate members on how to overcome the barriers that are keeping them from their goals.

• Assists members with opening and closing accounts, answers questions about products and services and resolves problems that are within their authority to resolve.
• Interview members, receive loan applications and process new loans.
• Educate and advise members to make educated decisions about their accounts, to ensure our members are meeting their financial goals.
• Assures that appropriate records are maintained, required reports are prepared, and member account information is current on the computer system.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Lobby hours : Monday - Thursday 9 : 00 a.m. - 5 : 00 p.m., Friday 9 : 00 a.m.- 6 : 00 p.m., and Saturday 9 : 00 a.m. - 12 : 00 p.m. Drive-Up hours : Monday - Thursday 9 : 00 a.m. - 5 : 00 p.m., Friday 9 : 00 a.m.- 6 : 00 p.m. and Saturday 9 : 00 a.m.-12 : 00 p.m.
