Job Description :

The Employee Retention Specialist plays a vital role in supporting the employee experience, improving staff engagement, and promoting long-term retention within the organization. This position focuses on building strong relationships with employees, monitoring engagement trends, identifying retention risks, and working with leadership to implement solutions that strengthen the staff experience. The ideal candidate is approachable, proactive, resourceful, and committed to helping employees feel supported and valued throughout their employment at Behavioral Health Works.

Compensation and Benefits :

• Hourly Rate : $24 – $26 (DOE)
