We're building a small, sharp marketing team that experiments, learns, and moves fast. This role will own everything around linkbuilding from outreach to creative ideas that earn mentions and links.

We're looking for someone who treats linkbuilding like a competitive sport. Not a process to optimize slowly a race to win.

You'll build a system that earns high-quality backlinks at scale and speed. You'll test unconventional tactics, turn every part of the company into a source of links, and find ways to get mentioned in places others overlook.

We don't care about "industry best practices." We care about momentum, creativity, and results. If you can figure out how to move faster than anyone else you'll thrive here.

This is a hands-on role. You'll be the one running campaigns, doing outreach, testing ideas, and building systems not managing vendors or delegating.

What you'll do :

• Build and run a repeatable system for acquiring high-quality backlinks fast.
• Come up with creative, scalable linkbuilding ideas and test them constantly.
• Track and analyze results, double down on what works, ignore what doesn't.
• Take full ownership of the outcome no one will tell you what to do next.
• Move quickly, experiment relentlessly, and document what you learn as you go.
• Rally teammates (writers, marketers, engineers) to turn their work into link opportunities.
