Job description

Job Title : Desktop Support Engineer

Location : 28 Liberty St., New York, NY 10003- Onsite (X days / week)

Duration : Long Term Contract

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

  • Diagnose, resolve, and follow up on user computing issues.
  • Provide LX technical support (desk-side, remote, or phone-based).
  • Handle new hire device setup and imaging.
  • Manage device inventory and asset tracking.
  • Utilize ticketing systems such as ServiceNow to manage incidents and requests.
  • Troubleshoot Office X6X applications, VPN connectivity, and mobile device issues.
  • Adhere to compliance standards and documentation processes.
  • Work extended hours or weekends when necessary.

Must-Have Skills :

  • 5+ years of experience in Desktop Support
  • 1+ years in LX Support
  • 1+ years in IT Support
  • 1+ years in Customer Service
  • 1+ years in Customer Resolution
  • Prior experience with Windows X0 , Office X65 , and ticketing systems (preferably ServiceNow)
  • Basic scripting knowledge (e.g., PowerShell) is a plus
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • 3+ years of overall relevant technical support experience
  • Experience in fast-paced, customer-facing IT support roles
  • Ability to document technical issues clearly and concisely
