Job Title : Desktop Support Engineer
Location : 28 Liberty St., New York, NY 10003- Onsite (X days / week)

Job Description :
Key Responsibilities :
- Diagnose, resolve, and follow up on user computing issues.
- Provide LX technical support (desk-side, remote, or phone-based).
- Handle new hire device setup and imaging.
- Manage device inventory and asset tracking.
- Utilize ticketing systems such as ServiceNow to manage incidents and requests.
- Troubleshoot Office X6X applications, VPN connectivity, and mobile device issues.
- Adhere to compliance standards and documentation processes.
- Work extended hours or weekends when necessary.
Must-Have Skills :
5+ years of experience in Desktop Support1+ years in LX Support1+ years in IT Support1+ years in Customer Service1+ years in Customer ResolutionPrior experience with Windows X0 , Office X65 , and ticketing systems (preferably ServiceNow)Basic scripting knowledge (e.g., PowerShell) is a plusPreferred Qualifications :
3+ years of overall relevant technical support experienceExperience in fast-paced, customer-facing IT support rolesAbility to document technical issues clearly and concisely
