Our client—a small, welcoming office in Plano—is seeking a Part-time Accounting Consultant to help streamline their financial operations and empower their team. This is perfect for someone who thrives in independent work, enjoys teaching others, and has a knack for improving bookkeeping workflows. You’ll be on-site just once or twice a month, providing hands-on support with audits, training, and financial prep.

Requirements :

• Proven experience with QuickBooks for Mac (not just Online or Desktop versions)
• Strong grasp of bookkeeping and accounting principles
• Experience with small businesses-bonus points for construction or trades background
• Excellent communication and teaching skills
• Ability to work independently

Hours : 16 hours a month (flexible schedule)

Pay rate : $20-25 / hr.
