In this role, you will oversee our five successful dental practices, working with the office managers of each office, ensuring operational excellence, maintaining high standards of patient care, and driving business growth. The Regional Operations Manager will be responsible for providing leadership and support to each practice's office manager, coaching them to achieve their annual goals and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. You will actively reinforce a culture of quality service, teamwork, and accountability throughout all offices.

This position requires some travel within your assigned region and presents a fantastic opportunity for an experienced dental professional looking to take the next step in their career or for an experienced manager to grow into a great career in dental.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee operations of multiple dental offices, providing coaching and support to practice managers
• Implement strategies to improve office performance, increase patient satisfaction, and maximize profitability
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality service delivery
• Promote best practice initiatives and standard operating procedures
• Manage budgets and financial performance of each office
• Foster a positive and engaging work environment by motivating and developing team members
• Serve as a liaison between dental practices and corporate management
