About Yosemite Sequoia Resource Conservation & Development Council
The Yosemite Sequoia Resource Conservation & Development Council (Y / S RC&DC) serves the rural and foothill communities of Mariposa, Madera, Fresno, Tulare, and Kern Counties. Our diverse Council includes Tribal Governments, Resource Conservation Districts, County Boards of Supervisors, Fire Safe Councils, and community organizations. Together with local, state, and federal partners, we develop and implement projects that strengthen community resilience, promote resource conservation, and support local economies.
Projects often emerge directly from community needs. Y / S RC&DC assists with concept development, partnership coordination, funding acquisition, and project implementation to ensure regional success.
Position Overview
The Grants Project Manager will coordinate and oversee grant-funded projects across the Southern Sierra Region, including the foothill and mountain communities of Mariposa, Madera, Fresno, Tulare, and Kern Counties.
This position is hybrid, allowing remote work with occasional in-person meetings, site visits, and partner coordination. The Grants Project Manager will oversee multiple grants and contractors, monitor budgets and deliverables, prepare comprehensive reports, and ensure compliance with all funding requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direction, coordination, and day-to-day management of assigned grants and projects.
Administer grants and contracts, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.
Oversee project budgets and financial tracking for assigned projects.
