Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Interiors Technical Designer / Job Captain to join our team. This role is responsible for managing the technical development, coordination, and documentation of projects from design development through construction administration. The ideal candidate will collaborate with project teams, consultants, and clients to ensure successful project execution while maintaining design integrity, technical accuracy, and compliance with building codes and firm standards. This role will report to and work with the Technical Lead on the project(s) to manage all technical aspects of the project.

Compensation

Compensation for this role is based upon experience, qualifications, location, and education and typically ranges from $90,000 to $110,000.
