The Opportunity

  • Full-scope Family Medicine with OB-cradle-to-grave care in a deeply rooted community
  • Join a tight-knit team of 4 experienced FP / OB physicians in a collaborative, mission-driven environment
  • Practice variety every day with inpatient, outpatient, and OB
  • 4-day workweek
  • EPIC EMR
  • J1 and H1B visa support available
  • No fellowship required-credentialing available with 50 primary deliveries

Compensation & Benefits

  • $310K base salary with $500K+ earning potential through proven productivity
  • $250K student loan repayment ($50K / year for 5 years)
  • $150K sign-on bonus + $20K relocation + $21K quality bonus
  • $2K-$3K monthly residency / fellowship stipend
  • Full benefits, generous PTO, and retirement plan
