NOTE : This position is based out of our Franklin, TN home office. As we value individual connection, this will be an in-office position. This role also requires extensive travel within the assigned market.

What you’ll do : The Field Marketing Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of strategic restaurant marketing programs and supporting operations.

Essential Functions :

• Develop, implement, and track marketing programs that increase brand awareness, customer traffic count, and overall sales.
• Plan and execute marketing events in coordination with the restaurants and the company wide calendar.
• Measure ROI on restaurant initiatives
• Create and maintain a contact list for potential and existing business partners, local events, fundraisers, and festivals.
• Gather competitive analysis of pricing, menu selection, marketing programs and what are they doing that is WOW!
• Manage social media.
• Build relationships with local schools and organizations to present and offer fundraising opportunities available.
• Build relationships with local businesses, real estate agents, chamber of commerce members and government officials to partner with them on community initiatives.
• Be the brand ambassador in the community.
• Collaborate with managers and operations to identify opportunities in the marketplace.
• Identify and capitalize on strategic partners that complement the local restaurant.
