Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist patients and family members, providing information about services and expected wait times
Manage patient registrations, verify insurance coverage, and collect out-of-pocket expenses
Ensure accurate entry of patient information and maintain compliance with relevant regulations
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma
2 years of experience in Patient Access, physician office support, billing, insurance, hospitality, or call center
Intermediate math skills
Knowledge of State & Federal regulations regarding Medicare and Medicaid
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
