The State of South Carolina is looking for a Network Administrator - Project Lead. Why is this position open : This position will address the increasing workload by supplementing infrastructure staff in the Network Operations Center (NOC) Section to assist with the Agency's enterprise network infrastructure to ensure operational support. Max Bill Rate : $95 / hour Will close to submissions on 10 / 30 at 5 : 00PM EST. Interview Process : 1 round, virtual (video required) Duration of the Contract : 12 months Possibility for Extension : Yes Work Location : Role is fully onsite Candidate location : Candidate MUST be a SC resident or willing to relocate to SC prior to starting the role at their own expense. Full job description attached and required and preferred skills outlined below. Additional details : - Driver's License will be required. The candidate will drive to various DPH sites, roughly one day per week, less that 100 miles. - Daily responsibilities will include climbing ladders to reach ceilings to install wireless access points as well as lifting and moving PCs, monitors, and other equipment. Candidates should be comfortable with physical aspects of the role.
