Job Title : ECVC Associate Attorney (4–8 Years Experience)

Locations : New York, San Francisco

Compensation : $310,000 – $435,000 + discretionary merit bonuses + comprehensive benefits

What You’ll Do :

• Lead venture financings, formations, and exits—sometimes all in a single day.
• Advise on SAFEs, preferred stock financings, corporate governance, and general corporate work.
• Counsel management teams on complex matters from inception through IPO.
• Work on both sides of the table : guiding emerging growth companies and representing VCs and institutional investors.
• Build long-term relationships with the future stars of tech and life sciences.
