Senior e-Billing Analyst

A company is looking for a Senior e-Billing Analyst (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of client billing including preparation and submission of electronic invoices

Act as a liaison between billing attorneys and client representatives, ensuring compliance with client guidelines

Provide training and support to junior team members and collaborate with financial colleagues to resolve issues

Required Qualifications

Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Accounting, or Finance, or equivalent experience

Minimum four years of e-billing experience in a law firm or professional organization

Hands-on familiarity with multiple e-billing vendor systems and outside counsel guidelines

Experience with Aderant or Elite / Elite 3E and / or business intelligence products strongly preferred

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
