Overview

THE ROLE :

The Senior Designer, Multimedia will be responsible for creative design deliverables from concept to completion for experiential marketing programs, promotions, and campaigns in support of worldwide business initiatives. This role will generate original and well-designed creative content for various Herbalife audiences. The designer will collaborate, develop, and deliver marketing creative for any needs related to experiential and / or brand marketing, including but not limited to, branding for our facilities, experience design, including UX design, experiential installations or events and special projects as requested. The designer will collaborate in the creative process alongside other members of the Creative Studio team while specializing in designing immersive and memorable physical and virtual experiences.

HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE : Collaborate with internal and external interested parties, at all levels, through the entire design process to develop creative that aligns with business objectives and is in accordance with Brand guidelines

Consider all creative needs within an environment and execute on plan to deliver top-notch creative while improving user experience

Effectively communicate with team members and interested parties throughout project life cycle to ensure deadlines are met

Stay up to date with industry developments and tools; educate team members and interested parties as needed

Leverage market knowledge and current trends during concept development to bring fresh approaches and ideas to interested parties

Provide creative direction and oversee final production file delivery while maintaining quality standards

Support internal process improvements, identify areas of improvement, and advocate for best practices to ensure maximum team productivity

Develop creative decks for presentations, when required

Assume other duties as assigned to support the creative team in Creative Studio

The Herbalife Creative Studio Team is a close-knit group of writers, designers, producers, editors, motion artists, project managers, and creative leaders collaborating to bring solutions to our internal partners, regional stakeholders, and executive leadership team.

Much like Herbalife Distributors, our Creative Studio brings a "No problem!" attitude to planning, execution, and delivery of a high volume of projects, often with fast turnarounds and modest budgets.

Our work provides creative expression to sales and marketing materials, brand identity, internal and external communications, social media, executive messaging, live events, and other Distributor experiences.

Qualifications

SKILLS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL :

Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite with ability to implement creative interactive displays (animation, motion graphics, etc.), architectural visualization and rendering (3D visualization of spaces) and graphic design

Floor planning, CAD, After Effects helpful

Past professional experience in experiential design and brand execution preferred

Be a self-starting, multifaceted designer with experience presenting creative to internal and external interested parties at varying levels within an organization

Strong eye for detail and ability to deliver accurate and precise designs, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and project requirements

Effective time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously and in accordance with deadlines

A team-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills and an ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Weekends and possible travel to events as required

Experience

8 years of proven experience in a design environment, advertising agency or corporate creative services department; equivalent practical experience and a strong portfolio demonstrating design skills will also be considered

Education

Bachelor's in Design, Visual Arts or relevant field
