Autoneum is globally leading in acoustic and thermal management for light and commercial vehicles. The Company develops and produces multifunctional, lightweight and sustainable components and systems for interior floor, interior trim as well as engine bay and underbody. Customers include almost all automobile manufacturers in Europe, North & South America, Asia and Africa. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Ensure safe work practices are being followed
* Oversee production lines
* Manage manpower and personnel issues
* Ensure production schedules are followed
* Implement continuous improvement ideas
* Work with maintenance when equipment issues arise
Education / Experience
* Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school is preferred
* Experience in a manufacturing environment in lieu of degree is acceptable
* Previous supervisory experience
* Demonstrated trouble-shooting skills
* Ability to prioritize tasks
* Ability to mentor production personnel
* Ability to effectively present information to management and employees of the organization
* Basic math skills are required
* Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions and the ability to deal with problems in standardized situations
* MS Word & Excel, Internet, E-Mail
