Job Description
As a Billing Specialist at Remedi SeniorCare, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate billing processes for a variety of healthcare facilities, including Nursing Homes, Assisted Living Facilities, Group Homes, and Private Pay statements. Your dedication to precision and efficiency will directly contribute to the seamless delivery of our pharmacy solutions.



Location: Remote but must be available for training on-site at 26251 Bluestone Blvd, Euclid, OH 44132
Salary range: $15-$21/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: 1st shift: Monday - Friday, 8:30am- 5pm
Training: Monday to Friday, 7AM - 3:30PM | On-Site Until Able to Work Independently (Expected 3 Months Average)

Key Responsibilities:

• Billing 3rd party payers online (Medicaid, Commercial Insurance, and Medicare D plans)
• Monthly Billing of Nursing Home invoices and Private Pay statements
• Re-billing accounts as necessary
• Handling phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
• Assisting in Hospice Account setup
• Performing other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School graduate or equivalency
• Excellent customer services skills
• 3-5 years of Medical Billing experience is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in typing and computer usage
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with medical terminology
