About the Clinician's Workday

This inpatient opportunity is with a Level I Trauma center using EPIC for documentation. They are seeking a Board-Certified MD or DO (no telehealth) to provide stroke neurology coverage. The schedule is a 7 on / 7 off model, Thursday through Wednesday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., alternating between floor and ED weeks. The average shift includes around 15 patients, with daily census ranging from 1025 and admissions averaging 510. There is no call required. APP support is provided, and the locum will not be responsible for admissions. They prefer to work with one provider for consistency, but may consider multiple candidates. Licensing via IMLC is possible, and privileging takes a minimum of 120 days.
