Job descriptionBasic math skills Familiar with the function of hand tools related to grinding / deburring materials Good attention to detail and self-motivated Accurately read a tape measure and micrometer Able to work independently through given instruction or as an active member of a team Manual dexterity to use hand held tools and shop machines Positive attitude and work ethic 1+ year forklift operation experience Excellent oral and written communication skills 1+ year e xperience in general labor / manufacturing and / or metal fabrication Ability to understand blueprints documents Knowledge of simple operations in windows based computer environment; preferred in JobBOSS Must be able to understand and read written instructions and or directions in work related documents.

Pay Range : 18.00 - 22.00
Summary :
General laborer duties may include cleaning job areas, loading and assembly of product and using a variety of tools and machines such as forklifts, power tools and grinders.
Job Description :
- Execute daily work instructions received from shop manager / supervisor in a timely manner
- Dissemble steel pieces from stamped or laser cut sheets and sort according to order
- Keep manufacturing areas free of debris and dirt, and set out or put away tools
- Safely operate a forklift to handle materials and complete work
