The Goodhue County Education District (GCED) serves 6 member school districts in southeastern Minnesota with a total enrollment of approximately 7,000 pupils. The Education District employs 140 staff, has an annual budget of approximately $13 million, and has been recognized for its partnerships with other service agencies. GCED operates a Federal Setting IV program, an 18-21 year-old Transition Program, Title III / Multilingual programming, Alternative Education options, Regional Perkins / Career and Technical Education support, a full online school (5RiversOnline), and related specialized services (Early Childhood Special Education, Deaf / Hard of Hearing Blind / Visually Impaired, etc.).
Position : 1.0 FTE Speech Language Pathologist (SLP).
Anticipated Start Date : January 2, 2026
Licensure : Minnesota Licensure
Salary / Benefits : In accordance with the labor agreement

Additional Compensation :
This position is eligible for the following additional compensation :
- Signing Bonus :
o $5,000 paid in equal installments during the first year of service.
o $10,000 paid in equal installments during the second year of service.
o $15,000 paid in equal installments during the third year of service.
o $20,000 paid in equal installments during the fourth year of service.
