Quality & Safety Above All :

We prioritize the highest standards of care and professionalism. Regardless of prior experience, every RBT undergoes thorough training with our clinic's BCBA. Before being assigned to a client, RBTs must complete a competency assessment that aligns with Success on the Spectrum (SOS) standards. Additionally, continuous oversight and support from a supervising BCBA ensures ongoing development and the best outcomes for our clients.
