• 3–5 years of experience in program or project management, ideally in cybersecurity or IT.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, frameworks, and tools.
• Excellent PowerPoint and storytelling skills—able to translate technical data into executive-ready content.
• Proficiency with Jira, Excel, PowerBI, and ServiceNow.
• Experience working with or presenting to executive leadership.
• Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
• Technical background or familiarity with security tools and concepts is a strong plus.
