Carrier Services Specialist

A company is looking for a Carrier Services Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Manages new and existing SIP trunk builds

Manages customer expectations and delivery

Assists with porting events and manages circuit renewals and decommissions

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

3 to 5 years of telecom experience (sales, project management)

Exceptional aptitude for accuracy and timeliness

Proficient in Excel

Strong organizational skills
