Our high-performing immigration law firm is looking for an on-site Bilingual Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. Youll meet with pre-qualified leads conduct consultations and close high-value cases with professionalism and empathy. If you enjoy building relationships face-to-face thrive in a dynamic office setting and love helping people take the next step in their immigration journey this is the role for you.

What Youll Do

Meet with scheduled prospects in person and by phone / video

Present the firms immigration legal services clearly and persuasively

Confidently discuss and close high-ticket retainers

Collaborate with attorneys and intake staff for smooth client onboarding

Track leads calls and conversions in our CRM

Participate in weekly training and sales coaching sessions

What Were Looking For

Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)

Proven ability to close B2C or high-ticket sales

Professional polished and approachable demeanor

Comfortable discussing premium legal fees and payment options

Excellent communication empathy and follow-up discipline

Reliable punctual and coachable team player
