This role will be responsible for conducting comprehensive, objective, and timely internal investigations. Sitting within the Group Security team, you will report directly to the Head of Investigations. As the lead investigator for complex and serious investigations you will be covering cases including allegations of bribery, corruption, money laundering, fraud, and harassment. The role demands both a sensitive approach to the individuals involved and rigorous application to protect the interests of Haleon.
Role Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead investigator in the Americas for complex and significant cases, including allegations of bribery, corruption, money laundering, fraud, and harassment.
- Carry out prompt, objective, and impartial internal investigations by applying effective investigative procedures.
- Ensure all internal investigations comply with relevant Haleon policies, procedures, and guidance.
- Manage multiple investigations and related tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining cooperative working relationships with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as HR, Compliance, and Legal, and coordinate with external counsel when conducting legally privileged investigations.
- Uphold confidentiality and discretion and ensure thorough and timely completion of investigations.
- Monitor trends, emerging risks, and provide insights based on active cases.
- Stay informed about investigative techniques, fraud methods, privacy legislation, and industry-specific regulations.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships across the company and with peers in the consumer healthcare and FMCG sectors.
- Perform additional duties related to the role as assigned.

Basic Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree5 years' experience working in law enforcement, HR investigations, or corporate investigations environments leading and managing investigations and related processes.Background in conducting investigations or audits under the supervision of internal or external legal counsel.Experience collaborating with teams to carry out investigations efficiently, including team building across different functions.Skilled in using case management systems and e-discovery platforms.Preferred Qualifications :
Master's or PhD Degree.Experience conducting investigations or audits under legal counsel.Proven ability to build cross-functional teams and complete timely investigations.Strong decision-making and project management abilities.Effective use of business acumen to manage investigations across stakeholders in a matrix organization.Skill in interpreting rules, policies, procedures, and controls.Independent judgment in complex and sensitive matters.Clear communication with all organizational levels.Ability to analyze complex business data and draw conclusions.Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.Advanced analytical and data analysis expertise.Present large volumes of information simply.Able to synthesize and summarize findings.Learn fast and in unstructured way.Ability to operate under pressure.Quickly adopt to changes.Can function as a team leader and a team member.Location : This role is hybrid-based in Warren, NJ with 3 in-office days required.

The salary range for this role is : $108,433 to $149,095 plus a 12% bonus.
