Cardiovascular Institute - Advanced Heart Failure Specialist - AGH, Pittsburgh

The Allegheny Health Network (AHN), Cardiovascular Institute is recruiting a full time Advanced Heart Failure cardiologist to join the Advanced Heart Failure / Pulmonary Hypertension team at Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh. The Cardiovascular Institute at AHN includes a comprehensive panel of physicians, including multiple cardiology service lines (heart failure, electrophysiology, general cardiology, interventional cardiology and imaging), cardiothoracic and vascular surgery as well as cardiac critical care.

Highlights :

• 7 Board Certified Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiologists, 5 APPs and 3 Full Time Cardiothoracic Transplant Surgeons.
• Treatment of Advanced Heart Failure, Pulmonary Hypertension, Shock, Transplant and VAD
• Management of temporary and durable mechanical circulatory support as well as cardiac transplantation
• Cardiovascular Disease and Advanced Heart Failure Fellowship Programs
• Academic appointment to Drexel University will be commensurate with experience, qualifications, and academic rank.
