Job description

Job Title

Directs heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, and critical power maintenance and service operations by evaluating current and future projects; examining facility needs; evaluating equipment needs; identifying equipment to increase efficiency; directing temperature adjustment; analyzing systems and load requirements; evaluating air flow and humidity needs; ensuring functioning of facility systems; developing standard operating procedures; and establishing facility maintenance inspections and preventive maintenance programs.

Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs; developing and communicating business plans and priorities; removing barriers and obstacles; providing resources; identifying performance standards; measuring progress; adjusting performance; developing contingency plans; and demonstrating adaptability and supporting continuous learning.

Oversees execution of sustainability initiatives; manages complex projects; promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity; directs regional field operations; ensures business needs are being met; ensures financial sustainability; reviews budget plan; maintains project oversight; manages department budget; ensures compliance with federal, state, and local laws; coordinates, completes, and oversees job-related activities; provides supervision and development opportunities for associates; and ensures compliance with company policies and procedures.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include stock.

Minimum Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field and 3 years' experience in facilities management, construction management, mechanical maintenance, engineering, or related area OR 5 years' experience in facilities management, construction management, mechanical maintenance, engineering, or related area. EPA 608 Certification within 90 days of hire.

Preferred Qualifications : Building controls or related area, experience leading cross-functional teams, external work experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in an optical, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing environment, state and jurisdiction required certification and license for the state / jurisdiction of work, state mechanical contractor's license, supervisory experience, Type I and Type II Environmental Protection Agency certification for refrigerant handling.
