At Jefferson House we provide excellent long-term care and rehabilitation services to seniors in the greater Hartford area for over 120 years. We are comprised of a skilled and caring staff which provides seniors with Nursing Services, Therapeutic Recreation, Spiritual Services, and Social Services, aimed at caring for the whole individual.

Qualifications

Very strong communication skills to listen to needs and communicate information precisely across departments

Must be able to read, write and speak English

Basic computer skills (email, internet)

Able to meet deadlines and work well in a fast-paced work environment

Patient, customer-service oriented approach to older adults
